2.1. We currently ship to all locations within India.

2.2. For special locations or bulk shipments, customers may contact us in advance to confirm feasibility and additional costs.

3. Order Processing Time

3.1. Orders are processed and dispatched within 6–7 business days after payment confirmation.

3.2. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

3.3. Processing time may vary for customized, assembled, or bulk orders.

4. Shipping Charges

4.1. Shipping charges are calculated based on the selected shipping method, package size, weight, and delivery location.

6. Order Tracking

6.1. Tracking details are shared with the customer once the shipment is booked.

6.2. Customers can track shipment status using the tracking number provided by the courier.

7. Tracking & Logistics Responsibility

7.1. Once the shipment is handed over to the courier and tracking details are shared, delivery, routing, delays, misrouting, and final delivery are managed by the logistics partner.

7.2. After dispatch, customers are required to directly contact the courier for: delivery delays, address correction, rerouting requests, hold or reschedule requests.

7.3. Sonani Electronics will provide tracking details and basic coordination support wherever possible, but is not responsible for courier operational issues after dispatch.

8. Undeliverable or Returned Shipments

8.1. If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal to accept delivery, or non-availability of the recipient, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

8.2. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details.

9. Damaged or Lost Shipments

9.1. In case of damaged or lost shipments, customers must notify us within 4 days of receipt (or expected delivery date).

9.2. We will assist in raising a complaint or investigation with the courier partner, subject to their policies and timelines.
